Ritesh Shah is the founder of Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy (RSCP)—New Jersey’s first charitable pharmacy—established in memory of his sister, Rena.
Prior to leading RSCP, he owned six independent pharmacies and now serves as CEO of Legacy Pharmacy Group and NJ Leaf.
Twice named Independent Pharmacist of the Year, Ritesh has saved patients over $1.7 million in medication costs in just three years. He has served on the NJ Governor’s Healthcare Transition Team, and has been featured on CBS 2 News and the cover of America’s Pharmacist magazine.
A passionate advocate for underserved communities, Ritesh continues to lead seminars and education on chronic conditions and access to care—combining service, innovation, and compassion to transform lives.
